4. LANGUAGES OF THE WEBSITE

The triomotors.eu website currently supports 14 languages: English (default), Latvian, Russian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, French, Slovak, Croatian, Italian, and Spanish. These languages have been selected based on the regions from which the majority of our customers place their orders. While all translations are prepared with great care, minor linguistic or semantic differences may occur between language versions. 5. STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONALITY OF THE WEBSITE

The triomotors.eu website is designed to provide users with clear, reliable, and convenient access to product information, ordering, and customer support. All technical elements, including navigation, product listings, and contact forms, are maintained to ensure proper functionality and data security. Triomotors regularly updates and improves the website to maintain accuracy, speed, and compatibility with modern devices and browsers. However, temporary interruptions or technical errors may occur due to maintenance, software updates, or third-party service disruptions. The Company shall not be held liable for any temporary unavailability or reduced functionality of the website resulting from such events. Triomotors is committed to meeting the accessibility requirements established under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), effective from June 2025. 6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND TECHNICAL DATA

Product descriptions published on triomotors.eu include cross-reference numbers, alternator and starter numbers, and compatibility data. All technical information is obtained primarily from official spare parts suppliers and from Triomotors’ internal numbering database. This database has been compiled and maintained over more than twenty years of professional activity in the field of repair and parts distribution for starters and alternators. Due to the Company’s direct involvement in the inspection and servicing of these components, the compatibility information is based not only on supplier data but also on empirical verification and comparative analysis conducted by Triomotors. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical descriptions, Triomotors cannot guarantee the absence of possible discrepancies, supplier errors, or typographical inaccuracies. Customers are responsible for verifying the suitability (compatibility) of parts for their specific application prior to purchase and installation.

7. PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING

Certain products offered on triomotors.eu may be supplied in non-original packaging. In such cases, the parts are genuine OEM or high-quality aftermarket components, packed by the supplier or distributor rather than by the original manufacturer. Some items may be shipped without individual packaging, particularly when purchased in bulk quantities or as part of internal stock distribution. This approach ensures cost efficiency and allows Triomotors to offer competitive pricing while maintaining the same quality standards. All parts, regardless of packaging type, are new, unused, and sourced directly from verified suppliers. Packaging variations do not affect the authenticity or performance of the products.

8. Prices and payments

All prices displayed on triomotors.eu are stated in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of Latvian VAT (PVN), unless otherwise indicated. The final amount payable at checkout includes all applicable taxes in accordance with Latvian and European Union regulations. All online payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which complies with international PCI DSS standards for payment data protection. Triomotors does not have access to customers’ credit or debit card information, and no card details are stored, processed, or retained by the Company. Customers who prefer alternative payment methods may also complete their purchase via secure bank transfer. In such cases, the order will be processed and shipped once the payment has been received and confirmed in the Company’s bank account. All payments must be made in euros (EUR). Any additional bank fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer.

9. ORDERS AND ORDERS PROCESSING

Orders received outside of business hours, on weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next working day. The Company reserves the right to postpone processing or shipment in cases requiring additional stock verification, technical failures, or payment confirmation delays.
